Currently, a rule from the Bureau of Land Management (Public Land Order No. 7917, from January 31, 2023) withdraws federal lands in Cook, Lake, and Saint Louis Counties, Minnesota. If this bill becomes law, Congress would disapprove that rule, and it would no longer have any legal power or effect.
