Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1501) to amend the FAST Act to include certain mineral production activities as a covered project, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 9436) to amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 to extend the time period for which certain regulations concerning the North Atlantic right whale are effective; providing for consideration of the resolution (H. This bill would stop the government from taking back separation pay from veterans who later receive disability benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs. It would also set new limits and procedures for recouping separation pay from military retirement checks.

This bill would require the US Secretary of Defense to make sure Azerbaijan is taking important steps for peace with Armenia. This includes respecting ethnic Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh. If Azerbaijan does not meet these steps, the President would lose the power to pause certain aid rules for Azerbaijan. The US would also look at and possibly boost its security help for Armenia.
