A bill called the 'One-Stop Pilot Program Extension Act' would let travelers arriving from certain foreign airports continue to skip security re-screening for their checked bags when connecting to U.S. flights. This program, which makes travel smoother, would be extended by four years, from six to ten years, and would update the rules for how checked bags are handled.
