High-income people with over $10 million in retirement savings would face new limits on how much they can put into individual retirement accounts. They would also have to take out more money each year once their total savings pass $10 million. These changes would apply to specific high-income taxpayers with very large retirement funds.

This bill would require most employers to set up automatic retirement savings plans for their employees, making it easier for many Americans to save for the future. Workers would be automatically enrolled in these plans, though they could choose not to participate or adjust their savings. Small businesses would get a tax credit for offering these plans, while employers who don't comply could face daily penalties.
