This resolution would tell the House Administration Committee to cancel the official registration of existing Congressional Member Organizations (caucuses) and Congressional Staff Organizations formed based on race, color, ethnicity, or national origin. It would also stop new groups like these from registering, ending official support and recognition for them within Congress.
