Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1501) to amend the FAST Act to include certain mineral production activities as a covered project, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 9436) to amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 to extend the time period for which certain regulations concerning the North Atlantic right whale are effective; providing for consideration of the resolution (H. This bill makes it easier for privately insured credit unions to change their structure, while giving members more notice. Right now, 20% of members must vote for a conversion to happen, and they get 7 to 30 days' notice. This bill removes the 20% voting rule and requires at least 90 days' notice before such a vote.

This bill would make it easier for military members to know which dietary supplements are banned. It would require the Defense Department to publish and update clear lists of prohibited ingredients.
