• Lets nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or clinical nurse specialists be involved in residents' rights matters, like care plans and discharge, in skilled nursing facilities.
• Lets nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or clinical nurse specialists certify and recertify skilled nursing facility services for Medicaid, in addition to doctors.
